IMPORTANT NOTE

There is a Daily Parking fee of $8.00 per day which is not included in Room Rates and applies to all guests parking at the Resort. There is also a Maximum of 1 car permitted on property, per occupied guestroom.

Check-in time is 4:00pm each day and check-out time is 11:00am each day.

Also, for the comfort and safety of all of our guests, we ask each guest to observe the following: No grills, cook-tops, card tables or coolers are permitted on hotel balconies or in pool areas

The Sirata is only minutes from Raymond James Stadium, site of the 2009 Super Bowl and the perfect Florida beach location for any event held at this venue, or Tropicana Field (home of the Tampa Rays). Exterior patios, terraces or pool decks are not available for private functions of any kind without written authorization from Sirata. All functions must be contracted through either the Sirata Sales or Catering office. Please do not bring boats or trailers on property. Limited on-site parking does not permit parking these vehicles at the resort.

All functions contracted at Sirata must purchase food and beverage from the resort and have a signed catering agreement. No outside food or beverage is permitted in any function area, pool deck, or any public area of the resort.

Visitors: Guests are permitted a maximum of 4 visitors per occupied room. On-site parking for visitors is not available.
